Legal Contract Binding

By purchasing a service from Health Care Web Profs, clients agree to the terms of the Legal Contract Binding. This includes handling responses to legal notices related to trademarks, patents, and lawsuits. If a customer chooses to close their business, they are responsible for submitting the required cancellation documents to remove their legal name from business records.

This process safeguards business owners from potential legal liabilities connected to infringing business names. Health Care Web Profs is not liable and assumes no responsibility for damages if customers fail to provide proper cancellation documentation.

Revision Policy

The number of revisions you are entitled to depends on the package you select. You may request revisions as outlined in your package, and we will continue refining until your requirements are met. No additional charges apply unless new design concepts are introduced. All revisions are delivered within 48 hours.

Any changes or revisions requested after the final approval of web designs will be considered a new order and will incur separate charges.

Refund Policy

Health Care Web Profs refund policy applies under specific conditions. A refund request will be considered invalid if:

• You have chosen a special package.
• The primary design concept has already been approved.
• Revisions have been requested.
• Cancellation is made for reasons unrelated to the company.
• The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks after project initiation.
• Company policies have been violated.
• Another company or designer has been approached for the same project.
• The creative brief lacks the required information.
• A complete design change has been requested.
• The claim has exceeded the given “request for refund” timeframe.
• The business has closed, changed its name, or rebranded.
• Reasons such as “change of mind,” “partner disagreement,” or other non-service-related issues are provided.

Additional refund conditions:

• For bundled services, refunds only apply to the specific service in question, not the entire bundle.
• No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Website refunds will not be entertained once the design is approved and sent for development.
• Refund requests will not be accepted once final designs are approved.
• A partial refund (up to 25%) may be available if the client fails to provide an initial brief for web design within 10 days of placing the order.
• Refunds will not be processed after the final delivery of files following client approval.

Note: Health Care Web Profs reserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract at its discretion. After a refund is processed, the client forfeits all rights to use the designs. All designs remain the sole property of Health Care Web Profs.
